Author offers a touching memoir documenting different generations

The women in the family were not only great wives and mothers, but also made indelible marks in their respective fields. Generally, King belongs to a family of community builders. Through captivating image dating back to 1890's, he proudly shares the many community projects that different generations of his family helped conceptualize and establish.

Rolland L. King began to write the story of his life many years ago for the benefit of his children and grandchildren. He lives with his wife Francine in Sarasota Florida during the winter months and at the family farm at Lake Lure, North Carolina during the summer.
